How long does it take to process an order after placing it?
Answer: Ready stock products: 2–3 working days. Handmade/custom products: 5–10 working days.
Note: Delivery time may be slightly longer during holidays, festivals, or high order volume periods.
How can I make a payment?
Answer: In Bangladesh, popular payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are available. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for selected areas.
How is the delivery charge determined?
Answer: The delivery charge is calculated based on the product’s weight, size, and delivery address, and it is shown at the checkout page.
Does CraftKing deliver across Bangladesh?
Answer: Yes, we deliver all over Bangladesh through courier and logistics partners.
How long does delivery take?
Answer: Usually, inside Dhaka: 1–4 working days, outside Dhaka: 2–7 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the location.
How can I track my order?
