Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund is applicable only for approved and verified returns
- The product must be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
- The product must be unused and in brand-new condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Return requests must be submitted within 24–72 hours of receiving the product
- Photo or video evidence may be required to verify the issue
- Refund will be processed only after the product is received and successfully inspected
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Return requests made after the specified time period
- Products damaged due to customer use or handling
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Products returned without original packaging
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
