Ready stock products: 2–3 working days
Handmade / custom products: 5–10 working days

Processing time may be extended during:

Government holidays
Eid or festive seasons
High order volume periods

Shipping & Delivery Process

We deliver products across all regions of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days
Remote / rural areas: 5–10 working days

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on:

Product size and weight
Delivery location

The exact shipping cost will be confirmed at checkout or by our support team.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected areas and products
Some high-value or custom-made products may require advance payment

After dispatch, your tracking details will be shared via:

Damaged or Incorrect Product

We ensure quality checks before dispatch. However, if you receive:

Product photos/videos
Packaging photos

Our team will review the issue and resolve it according to our return and refund policy.
