At CraftKing, we take great care in crafting, packaging, and delivering every wooden product with precision and responsibility. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within Bangladesh and to other countries.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Standard processing time:

    • Ready stock items: 2–3 business days

    • Handmade / Custom items: 5–10 business days

  • Processing time may be extended during:

    • Public holidays

    • Eid festival seasons

    • High order volume periods

If there is any unexpected delay, our support team will notify you.


2. Domestic Shipping (Inside Bangladesh)

We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–4 business days

  • Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days

  • Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery Charges:

  • Delivery charges depend on:

    • Product size & weight

    • Delivery location

  • Exact delivery cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available for selected locations and selected products.
Some high-value or custom-made items may require advance payment.


3. International Shipping (Outside Bangladesh)

We ship to selected international destinations via reputed logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Asia Region: 7–15 business days

  • Europe & Middle East: 10–20 business days

  • USA, Canada & Others: 12–25 business days

Important Notes:

  • International delivery charges vary by:

    • Country

    • Package weight & dimensions

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Import duties

    • Customs taxes

    • Local clearance charges (if applicable)

These charges are not included in product or shipping fees.


4. Custom & Handmade Product Shipping

Many CraftKing products are:

  • Handmade

  • Custom-designed

  • Produced in limited batches

Therefore:

  • Production time may vary depending on design complexity

  • Delivery timeline will be confirmed before order finalization

For bulk or corporate orders, a separate timeline agreement will be provided.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be shared via:

    • SMS, Phone Call, Email, or Messenger

  • You may track your parcel through the courier website or support team

If tracking is unavailable, our customer care team will assist you manually.


6. Delivery Attempts & Recipient Responsibility

  • Courier will attempt delivery 1–2 times

  • If delivery fails due to:

    • Wrong address

    • Unreachable phone number

    • Receiver unavailable

  • The order may be:

    • Returned to us, or

    • Require re-delivery charges

Customers must ensure:

  • Correct delivery address

  • Active contact number

  • Availability during delivery time


7. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

We carefully inspect every product before shipment.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A manufacturing defect

  • A wrong item delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos / video

  • Packaging images

Our team will review and guide you through the resolution process under our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Delay Due to External Factors

CraftKing will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier operational issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Political disturbances

  • Customs clearance delays

  • International flight or transport disruption

  • Force-majeure situations

We will, however, keep you updated whenever possible.


9. Shipping Policy for Bulk / Corporate Orders

For:

  • Wholesale orders

  • Corporate branding products

  • Interior décor & custom projects

Shipping and delivery schedules are:

  • Discussed separately

  • Finalized based on contract agreement
